| Method Description: | Simple card and board games (like UNO, MEMORY, ...) help a child with language difficulties to integrate into the group. The professionals preparing board games to choose from. Ensure you offer games that are at the level of all children who want to participate. Even allow children to choose the games. The game rules are explained for each. The routine of card games help children find their place and give everyone the opportunity to participate. The child with language difficulties learn to express themselves using and repeating phrases specific to the game in question. To "UNO" for example, the child has learned during a first go to name only the colours. Then he/she also learned the numbers. When memory games, all children call aloud the object that is represented on the map they returned.
